It is PTSD. Yes! I happen to have both intergenerational PTSD as well as cPTSD because, well, life kind of sucks when you’re me.

But you hit something very important and key: you can’t remember.

Trauma is hidden within the symptoms; PTSD is the brain saying “does not compute” and crashing again and again.

The healing can only be done through the integration of the fractured memories, through a net of context to buffer such incredible and tender pain.
