They are peeling the world apart, looking for the ghost in the machine, without ever realizing it is the integration and not the parts that make the thing the thing.

It is sick. It is so ill. Their detachment is the most apathetic, inhuman, and anti-life sort of hubris-filled ignorance I can’t even begin to grasp how it’s possible.

It’s the most disturbing thing I’ve ever encountered. In all my studies, I can’t for the life of me even find a reason for it. And that, more than anything, leaves me heartbroken in the worst way.
